If spraying must be able to tape straight lines

Verify all surfaces are protected prior to painting
Verify that all surfaces were properly prepared prior to painting
Able to strain and box paint (add additives as needed)
Able to brush and roll primer and paint on walls (flat, matte and eggshell – Mid tones)
Able to brush and roll primer and paint on Ceilings
Able to brush primer and paint on Trim
Able to skimcoat walls and ceilings
Able to apply blowout patches
Able to identify areas that were painted properly or improperly
Able to set-up spray equipment and spray primer (Airless)

Able to brush and roll primer and paint on walls (flat, matte, eggshell semi-gloss- All colors)
Able to cut dark colors against light colors
Able to brush and roll primer and paint on Ceilings
Able to brush primer and paint on Trim (all colors)
Must be able to spray finish coats on trim (latex and oil)
Must be able to break down and rebuild Airless spray pumps
Must be able to set-up HVLP
Must be able to identify HVLP Sprayer issues
Must be able to Break-down and clean HVLP sprayers
Must be able to spray tone coats and apply glaze coats
Must be able to spray clear finishes

Monitor and educate job site safety
Document any accidents or injuries to Safety Manager/Office immediately
Be a LEADER; LEAD by EXAMPLE.
Maintain a valid drivers license. Notify office if any changes that effect validity.
Delegate/Verify cleaning of truck (Daily), job site (Daily) and shop (as needed).
Delegate/Verify cleanliness of jobsite shop (Daily).
Train/Verify that crew will perform per PaintTek Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
Drive Company truck responsibly/safely to the jobsite – Per Fleet Agreement
Manage – 3 to 5 painters or as work load requires
Manage/Communicate with the customer (notify customer of daily impacts – i.e.. Dust, odor, etc)
Provide feedback to Sales and Office staff to improve job efficiency and profit
Estimate onsite change orders
Confirm color selections and job work order with customer at job start.
“Discuss job with Production Manager 1-3 days prior to start. Discuss “”Other”” equipment/material needs.”
Make sure proper equipment and material are onsite when needed.
Set/manage daily production goals with team and Production Manager
